At 876 Farmbox and Yeppy Company Limited, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and convenient delivery services for customers across our various delivery zones. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Delivery Zone and Delivery Dates
We currently offer delivery to the following areas on the respective dates:

Notice: We reserve the right to decline deliveries in certain areas of each zone, depending on our assessment of the area’s safety. We also reserve the right to cancel any delivery without notice.
Notice: Customers must choose their preferred delivery date at checkout, and the order will be delivered on that date.
- Delivery Fees for each Delivery Zone
The following delivery fees are charged based on the areas

N.B. We may change our delivery fees without notice.
- Customer Availability Requirement
Customers must remain reachable by phone on their delivery date. Failure to answer calls or respond to messages may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
A delivery may fail if the address is incorrect, the customer or recipient is unavailable, the phone is not answered, or access instructions are missing. Rescheduled deliveries will be a new delivery charge, an additional fee. Orders are non-refundable if the delivery attempt fails.
- Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer
A valid ID or signature will be required on delivery, especially for card payment. Once the order is delivered and acknowledged, responsibility transfers to the customer. 876 Farmbox and Yeppy Company Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, spoilage, or damage after delivery.
- Transfer of Liability Upon Delivery
Once delivery is successfully completed at the provided address, 876 Farmbox and Yeppy Company Limited are no longer responsible for the condition or handling of the items. We recommend retrieving perishable products promptly upon delivery to maintain quality and safety.
- Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including street, apartment/unit numbers, gate codes, and contact information. 876 Farmbox and Yeppy Company Limited is not liable for missed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information.
- Unforeseen Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, technical issues, or shopper availability. 876 Farmbox and Yeppy Company Limited is not liable for delays beyond our control.
- Pickup Locations
We do not offer Pickup at this time. If this change, we will notify our respective customers.
- Payment on Delivery
We facilitate payment via a Point of Sale (POS) machine on delivery, and this will only be done on orders where the customer selects this as their payment option. For card-on-delivery payments, identification will be required to complete the payment.
- Fraud & Abuse Prevention
We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, misuse of the platform, or harassment of staff or contractors.
- Â Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. Updates will be communicated via the website or official notifications. Continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of any updated policy.
